Policies & Procedures

Sales Tax:

Washington State sales tax applies to all Washington orders and will be assessed after checkout at the time of payment.

Cancellations:

Same-day cancellations are allowed for a full refund. After shipping, cancellation requests must be received within two weeks from the date of shipping. Upon receiving the product back in its original, new condition, a refund will be issued minus a four dollar cancellation fee to cover time and materials. E-books cannot be returned at any point.

Shipping:

Shipping within the US is $3.50/item and $7.50/item International. For special shipping rates on orders of more than two items, please contact support. Local pickup available. Orders are shipped via USPS Media Mail the next business day unless otherwise noted (ie shirts), and may take up to two weeks to arrive depending on your local carrier.

We accept all major credits cards, e-checks, Paypal, personal checks, and money orders. Our secure shopping cart links to Paypal for quick and easy checkout and credit processing. Checks and money orders should be sent to:
